Who we are

IT Guy Solutions is your complete IT department: managed IT, cybersecurity, networks, Microsoft 365 and projects under one brand — not five separate companies. We exist so finance knows what IT costs every month, and so someone named is accountable when it is not.

The company has more than ten years of operational experience supporting organisations in South Africa. We do not invent staff counts, awards, or reviews. Organisations named on this site are ones we work with, with permission to say so. What we will say plainly: we show up, we document the environment, and we explain costs before work starts.

Two offices, one support model

Our Limpopo office is at 95 Kruger Street, Louis Trichardt (Makhado). It is the original base and the workshop for device repairs, with technicians covering surrounding towns including Thohoyandou, Musina, and Polokwane.

Our Sandton branch is at 135 Rivonia Road, Gauteng. It exists so Johannesburg-area businesses can work with the same company without treating Gauteng as an afterthought. Neither office replaced the other. They operate together so a retailer with Limpopo branches and a Sandton head office can be supported as one environment.

Remote support is available nationwide. On-site work is scheduled from the office that makes operational sense for the site.

How we approach support

We prefer to prevent outages rather than only react to them. That means monitoring, patching, backups, and a helpdesk that already knows your setup. Contracted plans use a published SLA: P1 critical 30 minutes on IT Complete and Enterprise during contracted hours, P2 one hour on IT Business and above, P3 2–4 hours, P4 same or next business day. After-hours or 24/7 cover is only claimed when it is in the contract. Our service promise is accountability — not a guarantee of zero downtime.

Personal laptop repairs and home Wi-Fi are handled through the client app. If you already have a Job ID or Field ID, track the job without signing in.

We design and support environments that commonly include Microsoft 365, Windows desktops and servers, business Wi-Fi and switching, firewalls, backup platforms, and hosted or on-premise phone systems. Naming a technology here describes what we implement. It is not a claim of official vendor partnership or certification unless we state that separately and can prove it.
