Terms of Service & Warranty
1. Service Agreement
By requesting a service from IT Guy Solutions, you agree to our standard service terms. We provide professional IT support, networking, and repairs to the best of our ability given the information provided by the client.
2. Warranty Policy
We provide a **6-month warranty** on all hardware repairs and a **3-month warranty** on labor. The warranty covers only the specific issue repaired and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or software issues caused by the user after the repair.
3. Data Loss
While we take every precaution to protect your data, IT Guy Solutions cannot be held responsible for any data loss during the repair or support process. We strongly recommend that clients back up their data before submitting devices for repair.
4. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full upon collection or completion of on-site support. For business contracts, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
