Environment
Three retail branches in South Africa, each with a mix of point-of-sale, back-office PCs, and public-facing Wi-Fi demand. Exact trading-name withheld.
Solution
We rebuilt branch connectivity with fibre-linked wireless, standardised routing and SSIDs, and placed the estate on centralised monitoring so the support desk could see all three sites.
Technologies
Fibre backhaul where available, business-grade wireless, segmented staff/guest access, and remote monitoring. Specific vendor models available on request for similar tenders — we do not list unverified partner logos here.
Implementation
Work was staged per branch to avoid a group-wide outage. Cutover was done outside peak trading where the client allowed.
Outcome
The design was delivered with centralised monitoring across the three branches. We do not publish an uptime percentage until it is verified.
