Staff complain about “the internet” when the real issue is two rooms of brick, a stock-filled warehouse, or 40 laptops on a single domestic access point. Business Wi-Fi starts with where people sit, which applications they use (POS, VoIP, video, student labs), and whether guests should be on the same network as finance.

This page is specifically about indoor and campus wireless for staff and guests. Wide-area links, fibre, and VSAT are covered under network infrastructure. A full office build is often a project that includes both.
