Campus IT that survives a full timetable

Labs, teacher networks, administration systems and student devices on separate paths — with filtering, Microsoft 365 and a helpdesk that understands term time.

Business problem

A school is not a small office. Hundreds of students arrive at the same minute, computer labs share ageing PCs, teachers need wireless that works in every classroom, and administration systems hold staff and learner records that must not sit on the same VLAN as a lab browse session.

IT solution

We design campus Wi-Fi for density, computer-lab switching, teacher and administration networks, Microsoft 365 for staff, content filtering on the student path, security baselines, backups of the systems that actually matter, and CCTV network infrastructure on its own segment. Support is scheduled around exams rather than the other way around.

Business outcome

Lessons start on time. Admin can still print reports during a lab session. Filtering is a documented control, not a hopeful DNS setting. See the lab and admin network case study.
